COMMENTS: Great Morning for a run. Did 10 miles in 1:20:43 (8:05 pace) feeling very sproingy. Focussed on running relaxed (shoulders down, hand flopping a bit, eben jaw flopping a bit) One stride as well.
Oh the stride was when I came upon an opposum crossing right in front of me and as I passed he turned towards me and growled hence the start of the stride :)
