COMMENTS: Beautiful 46 but windy (20 mph gusts). I decided not to run the RITNY 5K race today in fear of pulling something (I essentially ran a 10K race - training yesterday and the legs did not feel optimal). I just felt the risk/benefit was not worth it.
Instead, Tory and I did the 10.6 mile Duke Forest (Hilly) route in 1:35:53 (9:03 pace). No foot problems and the legs felt stronger afterwards. Now for 21 tommorrow!
