COMMENTS: Balmy and foggy 56F (is it REALLY January?)
Tory and I ran 5 Magical Healing Miles in 46:34 (9:19 pace with 5 x 25 sec strides) AHR 144. My upper back was really sore this morning. What did I do differently? Ah, ha... 2 hrs in the dentist chair yesterday! I am SO paranoid about catching a cold! DW (poor thing) has been hacking terribly for a week now. Every time she coughs I seem to eat a clementine! Hopefully she gets better soon!
