LT run warm 64F. After running Tory pickett loop for 2.2 miles at 9:54 pace, dropped him off and started 5 mile Tempo run. Started with strong but not realy hard effort and gradually pushed harder each mile to get HR up more.

Starting slower really helped to get faster miles!
