COMMENTS: OOch..... ahhh
Started with very short baby strides then, as pain subsided,opened up gradually:
splits were:
1 - 11:11
2 - 10:46
3 - 10:09
4 - 9:14
5&6 - 9:05
7 - 8:49
8 - 8:51
9 - 8:29
Legs felt really good and had 6 x 100 m strides in miles 7-9.
Walking doesn't hurt after. Fingers crossed!!!
