COMMENTS: Fog. First part very easy and hard to go slow (8:40) kept going 8:30. After 1.5 miles, going up had an 8:44 but then back down to 8:30's until the pickett hill which slowed way down. Kicked it a bit and got pace on track. Last mile at 8:20. Right leg had some tightening (mainly calf) which got better by mile 8 so the last 4 were pretty good.
