48 and breezy for this somewhat hilly fantastic 10K HUGH PR. Goal was 7:30's pace and hit it. Stretch was 7:30 and missed that due to hills. Nice and cold, no fluids.
AHR mile splits were 166, 175, 176, 176, 176, 176(1.2) how's that for consistent effort?
