COMMENTS: 41F with 12 mph Wind, 34 RF. Wore tee and long tee. Ran with Tory 6 miles. Shed long tee by mile 1. Right leg just like left for almost a mile then some soreness, nerve tinges. These moved around a bit from ham to calf to shin. By mile 4 started feeling soild (numb?). SPLITS (HR):

See where pains came and went! Note HR DECREASED with increasing effort! Good sign!
