Nice run in Scottsdale AZ before 5 pm Ragnar del Sol relay. But... SEVERE back pain after. Hurt like hell to bens down or sideways. Had to ge very slowly down and up to touch toes. Kept hurting all day. Took excedrin for back aches every 6 hrs.
