COMMENTS: 27-25F, full moon. Wore tee, LS tee, gloves, long pants, hat. Ran with Solarmix5 and Tory. Like a Moonlight Sonata!
6 x 23 sec strides (2 per mile starting in 4th mile) Tory has the hang of it! Beep, beep, beep, beeeeep!
Some soreness in left calf that faded first 3 miles. The strides loosened everything up so legs felt really good after!
New Garmin HRM to arrive Wednesday. Tried FR301, HR seemed high with it?
