COMMENTS: Cool. Legs felt wierd, some soreness at calf bottom, none in shin. Felt tightness whole way. By mile 3-4 leg was wanting to limp but stopped doing that. Then felt borderline ok for last 2 miles last mile was 8:33 pace with no pain, just borderline gimpy!. Breathing and effort level was easy but HR was 160. Then spinning for 30 min.
