Very nice run with Tika, shorts, tee adn 2 fuel bottles of water.
Pfitz style-- 9:36, 9:30, 9:16, 9:15, 9:02, 8:51, 8:53, 8:41, 8:38, 8:28, 8:37, 8:41, 8:35
Felt great for most part. Rt foot showed on-off slight soreness on medial side. Rt ham got a bit tight towards the end. Nothing more than slight. No soreness on knee flex after.
