COMMENTS: Full Moon. Wore Tikka (nice!). Good progression run 9:30 drop 10 every 2 mi. Legs felt fine. Some tightness in right ham. Left leg perfect. (note: can hop on either leg easily.. just checking)
Long pants, tee, LS tee, hat, gloves, fuel belt w/ 2 bottles, headlamp, mp3 player.
Drank 6 oz at 7.5.
