Targeted AHR 150 and hit 149. The splits were: with Tory 9:30, 9:21, 9:20, 9:08, 8:54, 8:51, without Tory 8:25, 8:13, 8:26, 8:19, 8:04, 8:08 (AHR152). Pace vs HR seems good. No soreness anywhere. Very sproinky. The right ham felt a bit weak. Need to further strengthen.
