COMMENTS: Wet but no rain. Woke up at 4:09 with alarm set at 4:15. Felt good, not tired. Used stick and stretched ham and inside thigh. Then ran 2 miles at 7:12 and 7:16 pace (not bad). No calf problem. Then rested 3 minutes to walk to interval start line on Hulon. Did 6 x 800m intervals with 2 minute rests:

Even or what!! PR avgerage 6:43 pace (PR by 7 seconds!!)
Then did 2 miles at 7:04 and 7:55
