COMMENTS: 74F, 93% RH. Felt warm in beginning, nicer as run went on. 10 miles at 9 min pace. No ham pain in last 8 miles.
Tried Endurox 20 min after run. Iced during breakfast and used smily face ice during work in am (near right sit bone).
Tried Kenyan breathing method and I liked it. Quick hard exhale followed by slow drawn-out inhale. The slow inhales felt like they were pulling me up hills. The strong exhales gave leg tingles (amazing how the response is immediate!). Also noticed by mile 8 I had some goose bumps (tahat cool feeling).... WOW are we on to something???
