COMMENTS: Windy start at 30 warmed to 40's by 11am.
Drove to DF Cameron and Tory and I ran a loop back to car (via Couch Mountain peak) and then to side road near big houses than to home and dropped Tory off at about 9 miles. Heel hurt pretty bad on the hard road miles 8 & 9. Bit less going up Kerley into stiff wind. Got tired sickish feeling by mile 12 and had a gu and water (every 4 miles). Back into DF and felt better with second wind by mile 15 and went back to top of Couch maontain and flew down the hills. felt really good and hell pain was gone so went back through DF to the car making it 20+ miles.
Drove home and foot hurt again!
