COMMENTS: 68-78F, Dewpoint 65-68F!! Real Feel 72-91F
20 mile Long slow run today. Did first 5 with Tory, dropped him off and did 15 more. Kept meter ticking while dropping Tory off (2 min max). Total time 3:20:38 avg pace 10:02 with last 4 miles at 9:00 pace. Forgot my Gu so mile 18-20 seemed a bit harder (maybe becuse the pace was increased also)
Excellent run through nature trial next to swamp then rural roads then Duke Forest trials with major steep hills then back into full sun with humidex in upper 80's for final leg back. Nice lower humidity today.
