COMMENTS: 28F GA run with Tory. He kept pace... kept me to pace (8:20 target). Legs felt great then slight soreness in left rotator/ham/glute. came and went based on form. All very good so far! I think the legs were cold at 28F in shorts!
Cold a BIT worse today. Very littlecoughing but heaviness in chest. Some pflem on coughing. Still taking Airborne, Zn losenges and Zicam swabs.
