COMMENTS: 31 at start, 50 at finish. Beautiful day. Ran 16 miles with Tory in 2:31:00 through the HILLY Duke Forest. Great workout for leg strengthening. Felt fine entire way until the last 2 miles where the legs got tired. One part of the woods had some underbrush burn-out going on so we had about a half mile of running through wood smoke. Smelled really good but probably not too healthy! This was Tory's first long run since early summer and he did great!
