COMMENTS: 40 deg light rain most of the run. Legs heavy so HR was low (140's) for the 17.4 mile LSD with Tory. Just a cold messy, sloppy, wet, not so fun run..... BUT..................... Today's milage for the year is 2006.6. Broke my goal of 2000! So the run really wasn't so bad after all.
