COMMENTS: 75F, 87% Humidity. Sweat 11 lbs! Drank 1.5 lbs at start and 3.5 during then 2 after. Had to focus on not stopping for last few miles which were near MP (but mostly downhill). I think this is due to losing 4% of body weight by run's end. All in all a great, fun workout with nice woodsy sceneryfor the 6 mile trail portion and rolling pastures for the road portion.
