First run with Superfeet size G inserts. No soreness during run. Could feel firmness along medial fascia. Toe did not bother during run. Big to sore when walking after. Gave it some heat (hairblower) and it seems ok now (11 am).
Nice to run old route and keep decent pace. Plenty of stamina. Never tired feeling.

Tory threw up after run. Totally ok later.
