A BEAUTIFUL DAY TO RUN!!! It was 65-70 degrees as I ran past the bank at 10:50 AM. I ran into town to Chestnut and back home. Felt smooth and in control although I was a bit sore from the previous day's races/ mileage. I just wanted to get out there and feel like a long distance runner again. I didn't wear a watch but I was rolling during parts of the run. Especially coming home. Ive had a great few days without too much back pain. I really love the run, hopefully it will love me for a long time to come.
