Ran down Carlin Springs Road then ran 2x tempo backwards on Lubber Run
First tempo was 4:20 with a rest afterwards, then ran back at 5:20 easy pace
Second tempo was 3:50 with a rest, then 5:20 back.
Was gassed after the second effort. Felt good mentally and physically to push it. Felt the disc pushing against a nerve. Had a bit of numbness after the first and felt beginning of a cramp after second but kept it in control with form.
