6:45 AM: walked a lap around the BEC, then jogged one in 9:55, then walked another.
4:00 PM: jogged a lap in 10:00 then walked another lap
Rainy and breezy in Baghdad. Not sure of distance around the BEC but would something over a mile. Backed cramped real bad on the afternoon job, probably due to bad posture. Only a few days of quarantine left.
