Notes

Felt good and smooth the first 1.8 miles (14:50 min) with only minor shin/ calf tightness.

Stretched then hit 2.45 mi in 20 min.

Tried to run a guy down for next 7 min and hit 3.3 mi at 27:00

Finished without much in the tank, but made it through. Pushed last 100 m to try to shake out some stiffness.

Did back exercises yesterday. Need to keep that up.
