Circuit 1: Bench 3(185x10), Lat Pull Down 3(180x15), Roman Chair 3(L 10, R 10, C 10), Back ext 3(15)
Circut 2: Curl 3(70x10), Tri Push Down 3(35 on machine x10), Lat Raises 3(15lbs x 10 - Side and Center equals one rep), Reverse Curl 3(45 x 10), Overhead Press 3(45 x 10)
Been doing this routine for a while, off and on during 2017. The annex gym here is nice. Let the legs recover today, wore black tennis shoes to the office.
I'm bigger than I've ever been and I don't like it. As I start this new phase of my life with Lana I want to keep getting myself together. Looking over my old run logs I can see the time since I discovered my back injury and since leaving Wabash have been tough. I miss the camaraderie. Workaholism and depression don't mix well. Did a good job of being more present in the lives of friends and family in 2017, want to keep that up.
I also increasingly think about the trade offs of the Foreign Service job and missing time with friends and family. Wish I could job and hang out with folks more. Looking forward to going home in May.
