Ran on embassy treadmill. Did not sleep well the night before, but cooler air made a huge difference. Ran first two miles pretty easy at 1 percent incline per usual at 10 min (6 mi/hr) mile pace, break to stretch swollen calves/ shins, then another mile at 6.4 mi/hr. Lifted after. Compression socks have been great for recovery post walk/ run.
