Notes

Back and shins were tender from chiro and foam roller work but held up ok. Stop a couple times to get a deep stretch. Quads were pretty tired the last two miles but they got fresh bled each time I stretched and shook them out.

It was awesome to be moving without too much pain.

Doing the hip and thoracic spine mobility work on the roller is not fun but makes a difference.
