Notes

Back was hurting in first couple of miles. Stopped once to stretch on Custis Trail, then took a long break to relax and stretch out back and shins at junction of Custis and WOD trails. After that, I moved a lot more comfortably. Tried to keep hips tilted forward without overextending. My pace feels a lot quicker with this adjustment to form and my shins and back are cooperating better. Still, I need to keep stretching, working the stiffness out of the fascia along my lower legs, and rest rest rest.
