Ran a solid 7.5 miles with Dave and Sevak early to avoid the heat advisory. Was still super hot but we felt pretty good, right around 8:15 pace. They were going for 18 mi today. I turned at the Arlington Cometary to head back and alternated between walking and jogging from there. Got water at Oakland Rosslyn bldg which was a big boost. Now gonna go help Starbuck move.
