4 mile tempo on the trail with Starbuck, Waterman and Carter. Just a steady state tempo, not supposed to be very difficult. Was chill through mile two, had to work through the turnround to the 2.5 mark. Cass rolled with us through mile 3 and kept us about 5-10 seconds ahead of pace. We finished the last mile at a settled pace together. I felt good, just out of comfort level,
