Ran the 5 K at Rose-Hulman in Buck's spikes. Paced Cowboy, Vegas, and Vega for the first mile @ 5:20, then ran a 5:30 and finished in about 5:30 pace.
Felt smooth, back was tight and headwind was a pain, especially the last 200m
