At Notre Dame, sunny and warm with some wind. Great day to race on a fast flat course. Should have gone faster but my back cramped. Got a bit of a stitch at mile 2-3. Kicked hard in the last 2-300 but got beat by a UW- Green Bay guy. Still picked up a Bethel kid. Pushed at 2 and 1 mile to go and made a serious effort at 800 to go. My responsiveness to Busch and Morgan (even Cassie) is better this year, just need to take the pain in stride and keep rolling.
