Notes

Ran 10 mile dirt loop with Sevak in Clermont Florida. Beautiful place, sunny day with a breeze. Ran first 20 mins, stretched, ran til 35 mins, stretched, then walked - jogged from then. It was tough but really good for me.

Somewhere between mile 7-8 I was stretching and it felt like all the little compartments in my shins and calves tingled then opened up and blood flowed through them. That is what it felt like. Shins and calves felt ok after that.
