Notes

Ran the first mile to the British Council just under 8 min, stretched.

Then ran the .5 grass strip along Route 1 in 3:40-3:50 min. Legs tired from workout yesterday but engaged hips and back/ calves/ shins did not hurt. Felt like a good cardio push.

Then ran up the big hill to the British School and took it easy the last .3 coming home.

Still losing weight slowly.
