Morning run with Marvis. Pushed it since I did not run yesterday and Amit was absent. Marvis was spent. I felt good.
Finally mapped the morning route - if I run from home across the open field, through Al Yamama Park and to M st then run the normal route with Amit and Marvis the turn home by the Embassy, it is 4.6 miles.
