did the first 6 of the Bloomington half with Ted, Ben and some other kid who's a national team boomerang member- no joke

then ran 2 miles on to the SRSC and lifted

Flies, dum bell curls, abs, bench, 1 set of pull ups, triceps, curls, 1 set of reverse curl

I was burnt by the end of it
