Long run at Shades. Kevin felt good, he and Gough, Bobby Vegas, Seth, and Ponton gapped us and went off at 6:40s (?). Allen lead the rest of us through really well, still was sub 7s I think and we all felt good. I think the socks helped, had sore legs today but that's normal. Tough couple of weeks ahead as we get further into workouts, time to turn it up a notch. Shooting for sub 29 at Notre Dame.
