THANKSGIVING RUN, MUSCAT OMAN
Ran MSQ Big Loop but with an additional down and back on the 850-900m grass strip to make it about 3.5 mi run.
Ran the first grass stretch at 640-7 min pace for a workout. Really need to carry water as the current low humidity dehydrates you quickly here. Did not eat/ drink enough before the run so it was a bit tough, but was good to get it in before our cooking our Thanksgiving with friends and Kris Klondaris who visited us.
