Notes
Hot sunny day. Back felt ok. Pace was quick. Stopped at 9:30 by the playground to catch air and hydrate. Walked the length of M St to Heraa in the shade then brought it home. Added two minutes to reflect that. Hard effort this time of year in the heat of the day ~ 115 degrees and very very dry.
