A REALLY rough day at Shades with Busch and Cass, Kylie and Christie Lippencott came as well. Lots of stop and go, quads cramped up. It was HOT and a repeat of this time last year when my lack of fitness and previous cool weather environment killed me. Anywho, time to get fit for the fall!
