Great run in the rain in Sweden: from Kris' apt in Sodermalm over Gamlastan to Kungstradgarden then met David Tietze and then I think we ran down to a park on the far east side of the main city, but I'm not sure. Then we ran back and I headed back to Kris'. It was cold and rainy and tough and I had to walk a bit but it was great to run with David again and feel the cold water and air. When I passed Riddarholms Church on Gamlastan I knew I was in gorgeous, old world Europe - breathtaking gold dome and awesome hollow spire of the church was a beautiful sight in the rain with nearly Zero people out after Midsummer's festival. Great trip.
