A little windy and chilly this morning, but a good way to start the day. I've been noticing the benefits of not looking at my watch and just going completely by feel. I think I've gotten better at self-regulating myself without having to fret about my pace, if that makes sense. Again, this is minor, but I think it's important in the path to improving

I've reached the point where I prefer to run without the watch unless it's a workout

I remember racing without it during cross season and liking not having the temptation to check it or worry about my pace. Now I basically wear it only to get the data from my runs

I definitely agree with that for easy runs, but i really like to have it for workouts especially when Im alone to make sure Im not slacking lol
