Morning easy run - in humid conditions (but luckily still not too hot). I did not wear the HRM this morning, so I just ran by feel - but mile 3 was a bit faster than an "easy run" for me at this point with an 8:59 (I'm hoping as I ramp my mileage up that this will become a normal easy pace again for a 4 mile run!) Overall pace was 9:44/mile.
