Interval workout on home treadmill. Started at 5.5mph and increased by 0.1mph every 1/4 mile. After 1 mile I did quarter mile intervals at 7.0mph with quarter mile recoveries at 5.8mph. I added one more recovery lap at 5.7mph at the end. 3.25 miles in 32:10.
