Run from Dupont Circle to Georgetown, then the CCT Trail to the Rock Creek Trail to Viers Mill Road to Rockville Metro. Bonked on mile 18. Walked mile 20 to Viers Mill Road and then took Metro Bus to car near Rockville Metro. Temperatures reached the mid-80s around the time that I lost steam. I hope it's a cool day in NYC on Nov 1.
