Quick morning run on gym treadmill as there was a lot of traffic on 270-S. I only had 15 minutes to work out, so I ran 1.5 miles a little faster than I have been running recently. 1% incline and speed between 5.8 and 7.0 mph bumping the speed up after each quarter mile.
