4.4 mile loop through Washingtonian Woods in the dark. Matan woke us up at 4:30 and I wasn't going back to sleep, so I got up at 5:20 to run. It was threatening to rain from the beginning of the run and I contemplated cutting it short and running through Lane in the Woods as I was running down 28. However, I decided to lumber on and the rain really didn't start until I got back into the Lakelands around mile 4. (I was thinking of starting to walk after hitting 4 miles, but then it really started to rain so I ran the rest of the way home). I didn't wear the HRM this morning, but as the weather starts to get better (i.e. 50 degrees or warmer), I think I'm going to start wearing it again.
